40 Licensed Building Practitioner must inform registrar of any changes to information in register
A Licensed Building Practitioner must notify the Registrar within 10 working days of any change to any of the information he or she has provided to the Registrar that is contained in the Register.
41 Service of notices
- Any correspondence, notice or other document required to be notified or given to any person under these rules is sufficiently notified or given if it is—
- delivered personally to the person; or
- delivered to the person at the person's usual or last known place of residence or business; or
- sent by fax or email to the person's fax number or email address; or
- posted in a letter addressed to the person at the person's usual or last known place of residence or business .
- Any correspondence, notice or other document sent by post to a person in accordance with subclause (1) must be treated as having been received by that person at the time at which the letter would have been delivered in the ordinary course of post.
- Where notification occurs by email or fax, notification is to be treated as having been made at the time at which notification was recorded as being sent.
42 Registrar may approve forms
The Registrar may—
- approve an electronic or paper form for use by 1 or more specified classes of applicant;
and - require the use of an electronic identity verification service as part of an approved electronic form.
