LBP Amendment Rules 2024
The Licenced Building Practitioner Rules have been amended to:
- change the late fee charge to be due if a licence is not renewed on or before the digital licence ID card expiry date
- update Schedule 2 which lists the recognised qualifications for licence classes.
The change to the late fee applies from 9 September 2024.
