Update your profile

You need to update the Registrar whenever your contact information changes. This ensures your correct information is displayed on the public register, and that you receive your relicensing reminders.

Change contact information

You can use the LBP portal to change your phone number(s) or email address, or selecting which contact details to show on the public register.

To use the portal, you will need either a RealMe®, Microsoft® or Google® account. For more information on how to use the LBP portal to update your personal details, see our LBP portal user guide.

Change your photo

When you renew your licence, we will automatically use the photo from your last licence. However, it’s important that your photo still looks like you, so you may want to update it from time to time.

If you’re renewing your licence via the LBP portal, you can request an update to your photo as part of your renewal request. If you update your photo in this way, we will need to first review your new photo before we can issue you a new digital licence.
