Continuing an application you have already started

If you have started an application in the LBP portal but haven’t yet submitted it, you can retrieve and complete it at a future time.

  1. On your LBP dashboard, check the My draft applications section near the bottom of the page. This section will contain a list of applications you have started but have not yet submitted, if any.
  2. Click the drop-down arrow to the right of the application you want to retrieve, then select the Continue option. This will open your draft application at the point where it was last saved.
    • You can also delete a draft application by selecting the Withdraw option. Once you have withdrawn a draft application, you won’t be able to retrieve it.

  1. Continue working on your application.

Note

If you exit your draft application at any point before you submit it, it will remain saved under the My draft applications section on your LBP dashboard.

Once you have submitted and paid for your application, it will disappear from the My draft applications section. You cannot make changes to an application after it has been submitted.
