Recovering your username and/or resetting your password

If you are an existing LBP and want to access the LBP portal for the first time, you will need to set up your access to the new portal, and then log in. For instructions on how to do this, please visit:

If you have already set up your access to the new LBP portal, you would have logged in via one of three login services: RealMe, Google, or Microsoft. If you have forgotten your username and/or password for any of these services, you can recover or reset them.
