Digital licence cards
We have noticed a few enquiries coming through our service centre regarding licence cards. This is a reminder that we no longer issue plastic ID cards for LBPs. Instead, we have moved to digital licences. If you have an active licence, you can download your digital licence via the LBP portal. You may print the licence or save it to a computer or a mobile device.
How to download your digital licence
On your LBP dashboard, under the Key Tasks section on the right, click the Download your digital licence task. This will download your digital licence, as a PDF file. It will also include a QR code, which others can scan to verify your status on the LBP public register.
We recommend that you either print your licence card or save it to your mobile device, so you can show your clients.
